Certification of manufacturers of veterinary products (VP)

According to Act No. 166/1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care, as amended, the production of veterinary products (VP) does not require the issue of an authorisation for the production of VP or a certificate of compliance with the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP). However, GMP manufacturers may apply to the ÚSKVBL for a certificate certifying compliance with GMP requirements in the production of GMP, by which they can prove compliance with GMP requirements for this type of products when approving GMPs in other EU Member States, if that Member State requires such evidence (and if they do not have any other evidence of compliance with GMP requirements to the required extent that can be recognised by them). You can apply for a certificate using the form below. The issue of the certificate shall be accompanied by an on-site inspection of the production site.
