In order to comply with the requirement of Section 84(5) of Act No 378/2007 Coll., on Pharmaceuticals, as amended, we state that the purchase, storage and sale or supply of VMP must be carried out in compliance with all provisions of the Act on Pharmaceuticals, on the basis of the conditions laid down by law for the quality, safety and efficacy of these products. For this reason, it is possible to purchase these veterinary medicinal products by mail order only from verified pharmacies reported to the ÚSKVBL, which have a so-called ‘veterinary logo’ on their website or on their e-shop, through which it is possible to verify the pharmacy for distance delivery of veterinary medicinal products.
