Reporting for the collection of data on medicinal products (MP)

In this section you will find information and materials for the following areas: 
- Collection of data on the distribution of veterinary medicinal products (VMP) and on the use of VLP in the manufacture of medicated feed (MK) - reported by distributors and manufacturers of VMP/MK.
- Collection of data on the collection of MPs containing addictive substances (NL), listed in Annexes 1 and 5 to Government Regulation No 463/2013 on lists of addictive substances, for the past calendar year by veterinarians - reports pharmacies and distributors with a licence to handle NL issued by the Ministry of Health.
- Collection of data on the use of MPs - reported by veterinarians or distributors who send reports on the use of MPs on behalf of veterinarians.
