Reports of MPs containing NL are sent by veterinarians to persons operating a pharmacy and distributors with a valid authorisation from the Ministry of Health to handle addictive substances. The report covers both veterinary and human MPs.
For this purpose, the USKVBL publishes the basic information and the form on which the report is submitted.
The lists of addictive substances are set out in Government Regulation No 463/2013 on the lists of addictive substances.
